While it doesn't add anything of value to the game, neither do player quotes for Supporters, yet that function is in the game. I don't see why a little personalization of your players couldn't be added as a fun feature. Granted, I would probably rank it very low on the list of priorities, but it's not entirely out of the question.

If it was easy to implement, then of course that would be nice to see. But I imagine it would be hard to implement, and I can see people complaining that there are too many left handers, or "Do right handers play better than left handers".

I think having a face there is completely different to listing hand preference and shoe size.

I just don't think it is worth the effort required.
But if they decide to do it, then it should be like the NBA player profiles, and should list awards that they have won and highlights in their career.
