Thanks. That really cleared my question. =) I think i will go with Motion, however when you say that it will give a lot of shots to SF/PF then should i switch my best shooters there?

No. As with the outside tactics, your guards take the majority of shots. What he is saying is that it gives more shots to the PF/SF compared to if you played a faster tactic like RnG

So to use motion, you ideally need good shooting SF and PF, and then good passing for which positions? And what would be considered "good" in order to run motion?

Dont get me wrong, its still an outside offense, but it gives lots of shots to the forwards too. Good passing to all positions is needed, but it can work with a C without. Now what considered good, its very relative, since i dont have a clue for a such a low division, i cant give you a good answer. Just compare your offensive flow with your rivals and see.
