lol sounds like a plan. honestly though, if ive wanted to win games up until this point i would be, i wanna make the playoffs and have the best possible draft pick i can so...4th spot is what im aiming for. anyhow i got some expensive players to worry about now so i need to get to league 2 =P

Meh my theory is play hard , win , make the fans happy , upgrade they arena keep training Goncalo and just get better and buy better forwards :P

That's right - play to win - This is my first season in Div III - so this year I'm just out to catch my breath, reload, build up my area, stock up on players that will actually do something and then next year make a push for the prize. At least that is the plan.

that's a pretty good plan, it sounds so similar to what i did last season, it was my first also, and wasn't expecting to do as well as i did, but it's the past and this season I'm hoping to make a significant push for the trophy. we'll see how it all plays out.

Man alive - could you believe it lost by one point - lost four games by a total of 12 points - this is heart breaking - I gonna start putting some stronger stuff in my espresso. Take away the sting especially from this last loss.

lol it happens, my first game with hurricanes this season i was winning, then one of my 5 players fouled out so we went into overtime and i lost there, so close though

I see what you mean! Can't help but wonder that in our division 1 out of position #2 to #5 won't make the playoffs - this is division is really tight looks like the rest of the season will be like being in the playoffs. We'll stab each other simply trying to make it - we'll probably all exhaust ourselves and have the Hurricanes walk all over the survivors. :(
Then next season who's left will have to go through all this again - Yeeessshhh - We probably have to be a division II team just to get promoted out of this league.
P.S. We'll be playing each other in the last game of the season - should be interesting - I'll say it now - good luck - but not too much ;)

heh u made some good points, we'll just have to play it out and see, I still think its any1's game(except any1 in the other conference...i kid) but same to u, we may play in the second round for all we know, anythings possible in our conference

Although I know that the Hurricane's have SOOO much experience in this game, like 8 seasons and still stuck in division three, I am surprised that he just rolled over and gave up home court advantage for the playoffs. It is much like the fact that he has an apostrophe in his nickname, it doesn't make much sense. I wish him all the best in his quest to train what's his face and whatever his other plans have been that have led to his unparalleled success. Besides, I don't think he'll even have a chance to beat me in the playoffs, I like the Goombas to come out of that division.
