setting price is another intriguing issue. on one hand, u want to ensure that ur player sell for a reasonable and expected price. on the other hand, setting directly at the potential final selling price may discourage a bunch of interested but not very interested buyers. people will tend to wait to see if anyone bids, hoping that if no one bids u'll lower the starting price. there is also one thing about 18yo rookie. as the season proceeds their value decreases because most of them haven't been trained till now and most teams already settle on their training plan ande selected their trainees and some are looking forward to next draft. So my opinion is u cant afford selling him any later. and if no one bids on him and u need to put him on TL again, this will hurt his value even more. i'd suggest u take a look at the TL and find out the final selling price of similar player to Rich (what i mean by similar is excellent main skills, extremely poor secondary skills and superstar potential. potential does make a difference) and then set the price at 10-20% below that.
