I'm voting Small forward.

His OD and especially passing aren't good enough for the guard positions, and his awful inside D isn't good enough for PF.

He might not be a terribly great SF either, given his poor inside shot and inside D, but I think that's where he'd do best, and be least of a liability.

If I were you I'd sell him. With his high potential, you should be able to sell him for a decent amount of money. His OD and ID are too much of a liability, not to mention his passing.

I concur with this. If someone sucks outside and sucks inside, having him at SF would just allow him to suck more in a more versatile manner. Or sell him to someone looking for potential who might ignore deficiencies. ;)

Most people would likely tell you not to waste your time training a 19 year with such poor skills. His ID and JS will need 2 full seasons of training just to look decent for a PF and at that time you'll only have a marginal 22 year old to show for it.
