Already done as I found in my schedule I was #2 at 17/06/2011 PL game.
But it looks more likely as ranking bug as I can't imagine formula which threw WKS Lakers to #1 (just joking, it's not official request for revision of ranking formula), but it's tax for my early elimination in national cup this season.

As far as I know ranking counts last 28 weeks (if club ranking works the same as NT ranking).
I think it was effect of few reasons. As You said one of them is early eliminations in current national cup. And You should remember that You played in previous season in B3 thanks wild card (so it means two seasons ago You finished without trophy). Meanwhile WKS Lakers in last two seasons won few matches less in B3, however won national cup twice and national championship twice.
I think points in world ranking should be visible (the same as points in NT ranking). In this way we could understand how important is match in B3, national cup and league.

From my experience it looks that it works different way as NT Rankings (as I hardly any left top10 even in time of not so good results more than 28 weeks after my season 10 B3 final). WKS was eliminated at last 16 last season of B3, so there is quite a lot of teams which could be ahead of WKS (but I haven't studied results of . Also in league he lost quite a lot of games this season, but probably cup games have higher weight than Div I games even if I think it should have similat weight. And as well it looks B3 matches has similar weight as cup matches even if I expect much higher.
But World Rank is not so important for me, trophies are important, it's like Wozniacki in women tennis.
