I'm just trying to understand why he suggested it. It wasn't clear from his post.

I'd file it under the "not detrimental, but not terribly useful" category of suggestions. But that's just me.

So whenever a player is close to another position, give him a new "label", so that coaches scouting those players realize he´s not a one dimensional guy.

If you can not tell that, maybe you should take time to learn more about the game..? It also depends quite a lot on what you want for your player types for certain tactics.

What about when you look at other teams players, as you cannot see their skills and stats can be misleading.

I do not see really what you are aiming at.

Anyway, also in RL, this "label" does not indicate what he could be good at, but in what positions he has actually played. if that would be the case here, I would agree on "mixing" labels.

With the new change you just scroll down the page and you can see exactly what positions that he player. It even tells you if the player has been getting trained or not. Played 12 and 16 minutes as SG then 48 in the scrimmage at PG then you can be fairly sure he is.

How should players between PG and C or PG and PF be displayed? Or even players with more than 3 positions (salary wise)?

So whats your point then? Posting some random junk?

There are no players in this game that are very close to being a PG and a C at the same time.

Wouldn't that just be an all round SF anyway. I can rebound, I can pass, I can handle I can defend the perimeter and I can defend the low block... I'm a Small Forward. Or a 'Forward' if you want to go the crazy 20 degrees of every position route.

I don't own such a player, I don't know current skills and even if I'd know I wouldn't post them. It would be pointles as you know all players in the game, right?:-) Random junk? Please.
