Funny you bring this up. Thought it might have just been me.

Well I got ZERO pops for the first 4 weeks of the season... & one of the guys being trained was a 19 year old with 2 pitiful skill levels! His related skills (for the elastic effect that people used to talk about) were all at least 5-6 levels higher!

Also, I haven't gotten a single one of the new random cross-training pops... not even 1. Despite having a bunch of players with some *very* high sub-levels. I mean insanely high.

So all I've noticed so far is a moderate slow down in expected training times, without a single cross-training benefit

ive got lots of pops with my trainees this season and a couple of side pops in the first couple weeks on non-trainees when i trained stamina and free throws. i was expecting the trained pops and i still got them even with the so-called 10% slow down. My trainees are 19 and 20 years old and theyve been trained at 1 position so far

i like the challenge of adapting to new changes in the game otherwise it would just get boring
i want to see new stuff and improvements as a supporter! :)

I've noticed that too.
I'm training pressure on these players: 21yo, 21yo, 20yo (max height 190cm), and it's been painful till now, one of them got only 2 pops in 6 weeks.
Moreover, I haven't seen cross-training yet. So far, I've seen only the worst part of this system, and I'm not the only one.

all my guys experienced normal pops and cross-training pops. It seems it's working fine. Perhaps you guys capped the 21-22 yo?

this is at least interesting. But no one will give a damn, unless it goes for like a season long. for your sakes, i hope it works out, and you have a double pop or something

I am fully convinced looking at my players that there may not be snags in the system.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

something fishy going on here? i guess it is time for me to pop up then!

my 18 year old willy has popped 7 times this season so far (a lot of 1on1)

3 x js
1 x od
2 x ha
1 x dr

seems good so far :)

while my willy has been great my wang (age 20) has almost been popping just as much also 6 or 7 pops so far
2 js
1 jr
2 od (1 is listed as 8 weeks ago not sure if that is season 16 or 17)
1 ha
1 dr

even 27 yo xie has had 2 pops, 1 js 1 dr

so it doesnt seem fishy to me :)
