What position are u planning to make him? He would be quite tall for a guard trainee. He needs a lot of passing training as well.

To be honest mate, the whole position thing hasnt even crossed my mind.

i dont understand all the height/position aspect of the game

So based on your experience of the game what and how should i train my below trainees? (as in single position or 2 position and also the training type)

by the way i have a level 5 superior trainer

TRAINEE 1 (he is listed as a Shooting Guard)
Age: 18
Height: 6'6" / 198 cm
Potential: superstar
Jump Shot: strong ↑ Jump Range: respectable ↑
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: inept
Driving: pitiful Passing: atrocious
Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: inept
Rebounding: respectable Shot Blocking: inept
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: strong

TRAINEE 2 (he is listed as a Small Forward)
Age: 18
Height: 6'2" / 188 cm
Potential: MVP
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: mediocre
Outside Def.: mediocre Handling: atrocious
Driving: inept Passing: inept
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: average
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: average Free Throw: average

thank you in advance
