I don't know who you are referring to but if they're really stupid, it's the fault of that country to pick him in the first place. Anyhow, NT coaches are like that. Some good some bad...

I think this isn't a comment that would pay any respect to you. Countries are electing their coaches based on what he writes on forums and on his league record(s). This position demands some sort of responsibility. You probably know that for such positions in real life, companies are really careful by who they pick (and they get to see them and talk to them) and even then it happens they picked a bad apple.

So if this happens in real life, how could not happen here? Do you blame the people who voted? Or the coach who promised everything and delivered nothing?

I don't care if that comment would pay peanuts or apples to me, I am just saying should the NT manager be really stupid as the thread starter said, it's the fault of the people who let him in the job in the first place. Sure, yes, electing coaches based on what he writes on the forums and his league record is not such a bad idea... what are you trying to say?

I know fully well the ones holding executive powers in my aviation organization will fire the ones hiring any irresponsible and downright incompetent maintenance personnel. I can't think of many real life examples now, so to answer your question, the ones who are primarily held accountable are the ones who pick the one doing the job.

I'm trying to say it's really hard to see if a coach is good or bad just from forum posts and his leage record.

I know fully well the ones holding executive powers in my aviation organization will fire the ones hiring any irresponsible and downright incompetent maintenance personnel.

And what if that incompetent personell appeared very competent at the job interview? That's what I'm trying to say...

So if a country elects a bad coach, you will "fire" those voters?

I don't care if that comment would pay peanuts or apples to me,

I didn't know how to say in a polite way that your post is...well, not intelligent. No offense, I'm judging the post and not the poster.

ask the NT manager to dismiss the kid

I really want to see if he would do that. If he did, this would lower team's enthusiasm.

Having your player play in the NT is a bonus. If your friend isn't happy because his player never plays even though the player is in the roster, by all means, ask the NT manager to dismiss the kid, or your friend can sell the player off. Then the player will just be a normal player and your friend will not have to worry about missing out on merchandise.

I dont care much about my players NT games, but I can understand people going crazy if the NT coach does stupid thing. Cool story: A couple of seasons ago one of my players was dumped from a U21 squad because he was "too old" (21 years old and by far the best player on that team), that made me really mad, lol.
