in fact, he`s only 33 y.o., 2 years younger than me

and his effort to the team is enormous. I always use older players to help the younger ones to succeed.

Side note:
There are no tutors or chemistry factors in Buzzerbeater, even language means nothing for the players. It won't make any difference thattwo players are together for 10 seasons or one game. Perhaps you knew, but some may not.

PS: I'm 34, and in real life I get drops on my skills any time I step on the court... Trainning would hurt me more ;)

It was an ironic expression. I didn`t really mean that there is a chemistry etc., but since the grandpas cost much less than their young equivalents, and also they mostly have much higher experience, I don't hesitate to fill my team with such players apart trainees, and bring their abilities and experience into the game. I am aware of drops and probable money loss by selling such players, but I still prefer this way.
