you said it yourself(in the thread in bug forum), mostly the dudes who build houses are late that is not only in poland like that also in germany(even when there are often the same workers)
i think architekt estimates normall are very optimistic to sell, since when they start to build and get late they can finish it when they say we need longer then the other company and that it cost more money because you are realistic you can not even start.
But overall i wouldn't be mad, if they finish on time even when it isn't a pain in the ass today but it confuses people.
