First thing I did, was read through the FAQs, Help forums, people who had questions similar to mine, since the 1 week supporter allowed me to search threads. Quite helpful. Quite handy. I bought myself a team That I'll probably promote with with 150k of my 300k seed money, and the rest into arena.
yes I may be overestimating new managers. but I also may be factoring in, it could be a guy doing a farm team thing. I looking at it from every angle. I'm not saying don't give this, or that. But, ... he literally created minutes after a different team in my league, while I was looking at other guy's players.
(29310) was other team... look at the discrepancy from minutes apart. There should at least be a set kind of range... Like X 18-20 year old with Y range of potential. and Z skill etc. for different age brackets.
lets assume both those 2 teams are newbies. And learn at the same rate, etc. Whom is more likely to succeed at the game and stay with it?
