Both as a guard and as an outside SF, this player has merits. The only thing you should try to avoid is having to train his IS.

As mentioned before, training his JR for one season, and his OD (and a little PA) the two seasons after will already make him a useful Combo Guard who could even play SF for outside offenses. He's quite talented, so you want to train him as long as possible, and as long as you punt on his IS, you'll be fine with him.

Starting with OD would make more Sense so that JR trains faster because of the elastic effect

Oh wonderful, thank you all... so I will start training OD first (and some JR), after that IS. JS isn't necessary?
