Okay now, I'm going to train 6 guards (PG, SG mixed). And it seems that their most important skills are outside def=jump shot>passing>handling=driving.

Those are the average levels of my players in those skills:
- Outside def: 6
- Jump shot: 6.17
- Passing: 4.67
- Handling: 5.33
- Driving: 5.33

From the rules, I understand that training the lowest main skill is the most efficient and the fastest, am I right ?
If yes, I'm planning to train passing to my guards first, and then outside defence. Do you think it's an efficient decision regarding my average skills of guards ?

Bonus question: Is jump range an unnecessary skill ?


One thing to keep in mind is the secondary training effects as well -- jump shot, outside shooting, pressure, one on one and passing all train handling as well. Nothing trains passing as a secondary skill, on the other hand.

It is probably most efficient in technical terms to balance out training precisely, but as has been mentioned, often getting OD up will provide immediate benefits in match results. One on one will give the most pops, especially if you're training two positions anyhow.Passing is a good choice as well, especially given that it's lower than the other guard skills.

y does training a single position or two position benefit than training the whole team

1 position trainning benefits the most cause players pop in skills the fastest, in comparison to a team training, the team trains rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllllllllllllll ssssssslllllllllllllllllloooooooooowwwwwwwwly [real slowly] and you have a hard time getting pops. Get a perrienal Allstar and train the guy, P. Allstar is cheapest of the Dynasty Players and would be good to have. So get a couple of P. Allstar trainees, (same position) and try to either buy them or get a good trainee through the draft. Then all you have to do is train and you'll be fine.

yeah, just scouting the staff list ad found some guys at 200+k. So lvl 5 trainers don't go cheap. Though I got my lvl 4 after ASG last season and got him for like 25k. So you can get a lvl 4-5 trainer. Then some PAs or up Get 2 for easy style traiinng, I only don't suggest 3 if you got a short week. But get 2-3. Then train em in defese. Take caution too if they're foul prone. Try your best not I reeat not! Get some1 foul prone, even if they're Superstar or PAs. I only suggest foul prone people if they're a MVP+. Other than that, there are tons of trainees that hit the TL after the draft. I myself (if I end up getting a stupid draft) will go to TL and get a superstar or P. Allstar SF to train with my bigs.
