One of my opponents for the next week: (72270)
He has a bad team but he bought a very expensive center: (817932)

There's no way I can defend this guy man-to-man. Also 2-3 zone would not work too. But do you think that can I play FCP against that team with players that have decent stamina and OD ? Because that team's weakest link seems to be their offensive flow. Do you think it can work against that team, or should I stick to man-to-man and pray ?

The FCP is a high risk, high reward. If they break the press, they get an easy shot and it destroys rebounding ratings. One of the more common ways to attack a low-flow team with a monster big man is to use a 3-2 with high OD guys at the PG,SG and SF positions, with the idea that it'll make it harder to pass the ball into the center (and it can also force some TOs against poor flow teams, though not as much as the FCP). If you can't contest the big man, you might as well just do what you can to prevent him from getting the ball in the first place, and make sure that the rest of the team doesn't beat you.

[edit: for him to have spent that money that early in his BB career on a guy with that salary is a bad sign for his future. Whether you win this game or not, if he sticks around, it's quite likely that he'll be an easy win for you in future seasons, though ideally you'll promote out quickly enough to not have to worry about that.]
