What about NEW USERS. Do they know to expand, and to expand aggressively?
It's easy to write help guide for beginners in small countries with information about imprtance of arena. In big countries beginners have more problems, because expenses are the same in div I as in div V, whilst revenue is few times smaller.

I was building and I am not 100% sure on the speeds but at best I think you could build like 2000 bleachers in about 2 weeks....I remember spending every penny I ahd on arena expansions and it took me 4 seasons (about 56 weeks).
Arena as described in my previous post (20 / 300 / 1 450 / 14 500 = 16 270) will be built in 55 days, not 56 weeks. Only 55 days - it's very short period of time, because it's investment for whole game.
IF they add 10,000 bleachers, that will cost them TWO MILLION dollars
Two millions isn't big amount in first division. It's unimaginable amount in 5th division.
Will they set max prices etc.?
It isn't only micro nation problem. In big countries beginners don't know as well how to set prices to maximize incomes.
How do they feel about losing every game?
Losing? In big countries new teams lose as well, they have no chance to win match against vet teams.
Right now it is unintentional descrimination....
Now please count how many seasons is needed for beginners starting in 5th division in big countries to be competitive, and then we can start to talk about discrimination.
