your team looks very good for D.V, however, with only 5.8k seats to fill in your stadium, at the D.IV level your going to be struggling a bit to keep up financially. Might be able to break even relatively easily, but likely wont be making any profits. You really ought to be putting any weekly profits into the arena at this point, i'd try and add at least the thousand bleachers.
I'd try to sell one of the older players, probably Galarce, for a handful of cash (wont be all that much, but chops 11k per week for 4-5 weeks until seasons end as well).
