I think more than that it's interesting to look at his fan survey. This is taken from the last week of the regular season.

I am pleased with the team's performance last season -- 0.5

The team has drafted a single player that doesn't suck -- 1.0

I completely agree with your ratings except that I would make his handling a little bit lower. People forget that MJ wasn't a great passer partially because he felt like he didn't need to be. He was a ruthless attacker on the offensive end and he wanted to be isolated when his team needed a big play
