Trainer salary goes up like $100-250$ a week. Sometime more depending on the league level . I think thats is absurd the day should come for 1-4 season contracts salary on trainers, only players should be paid every week. for expample paying a training 24 k a season is 100K for 4 season which is realistic, no need to keep buying trainer every season its a waste of revenue, they are not getting better inthe craft just more expensive.

It hinders player growth and hurt your finance book in the long.

As Perpete said, the current system is way more fun(dynamic, if you want). Imagine simply getting a good coach and keeping him forever?

Its too expensive long term for any team no matter how anyone try to twist it, becuase these guy are not geting better just more expensive every week. Also with bidding

Whats more important a better team overall , with better young trained players or staff?. In your case your saying if none ever changed the staff, its huge a problem. i disagree with that, and say no it. is not becuase in next sentence your saying iot cheap to get. which one is it.?. the problem is not gettin staff per say,Its the bidding on the staff and getting better for the money long term

Let be relaistic here. Who's breaking there back to worry about getting the best staf till now? If training is long term( 3 seasons) then why not let trainer have 2-3 season contract within that level that you need for a price? . Why do i have pay him 15K to join the team then 15 k a week. Thats very absurd thats 30K in one week just to start .60K in 1 month of service which is 720k a year( 12 months) a season is 14 weeks 210k a season, .? That is very expensive for a low ball club then draft is another 200K thats 400K in one season. we can add up the number do 3 seaon time and add every thing,. that alot money almost 2-3 million.

That not chump change for a new ball club with arena not even added to the facts that be,.. staff should be getting better not just more expensive. I dont agree with bidding on staff there no need for that.?. Now if 2.4 million was paid for a whole 3 season who could complain. It about levels of workmanship right? this would improve the game but i highly doubt you would agree with that.

Age limits and retire ment is the best answer to that. Let them coach till about 67, they are not getting any better, just more expensive. Some coaches have been with team for 50 season.

Players get better during the season but their salary only updates at the season rollover. Should we instead receive a bill from our players each week for the value of the skills they've increased?

While there's certainly a case that term contracts would be more "realistic" as I've said in many cases that realism itself should never be considered a primary design decision, and instead something to strive for when it fits nicely with game balance. The simple fact is that people who complain about rising staff prices are almost certainly not taking account that if the increase were removed or on a 16-week cycle, that money they'd be "saving" would simply be built into the transfer price instead as intelligent investors would perceive an additional value in the staff members.

The amount of angst over a feature that increases the weekly expenses by less than a fraction of the typical fluctuation of merchandise revenue always amuses me.

He is bench a player my Sf not a true starter, a true stater is vincon for sm lizards team.. My player is what 35/36 yrs old same as vincon but the big deal breaker is vincon isa time 4 league mvp in his career, many league championships good quality teams or something like that. My player was nevr mvp, i dont think this sf last few team where quality teams. I play a line up where its all team work, not a one man show like SM lizard is doing, dont get me wrong SM lizard is good, vincon isa beast to be wrecken with .

So Its natural for him to be declining. Btw go check my team record before these drastic bb changes. Unbeaten i put this team togeher with hard work becuase of unfair LI dominance. So yes i have every reason to be upset about these silly changes in the middle of the night. I worked and waited hard for that team , I earned it the hard and long honest way, I had trainers and everyones 20-35 k$ respectfully, but i was buying them for what, 100K just to sign.

So I dont agree with bidding on a trainer, its a waste of revenue. If the game was built on training from the start instead uneven tactics and some quality info on how to play such and such tactic that none ever use, Then you wouldnt know who i was on these forums.

Alot dont think about 8-10 season ago of hard work and sacfrice and team with 5 season plans. They cant make moves like domino's, they cant just go get 50K trainer at a whim like some make it sound. Things have already damn happened.Im not happy they wreck my damn team and hard work and i have go back to build another. Who want to go back to a trianee team? Look at the darn league talent you think a bunch of 5k player is going to match that becuase i got a trainer worth 50k? Come on Manon we both know better.

So yes im upset about this trainer trash they puling and i will stay upset till they fix it!!
