Well it will be $10 for all user whatever is the analogy to other countries money. For example in euro is approximately 7,5 so is actually less as amount
Any idea when payment will be needed/available for the Utopian league though?

As BB-Marin said at the end of the post we intend to allow users to book their Utopia spots in advance as soon as possible and concerning the fact that the willing is to be ready at the start of the new season hopefully it will be soon enough

It's a bit hidden in the sentence, at least for my english: 10$ for every users? so also supporters have to pay more?

Well i think that BB-Marin make it clear
The feature will be available to both Supporters and non-Supporters for $10 per year.

So everyone who wants to get a second team in Utopia league has to pay $10 (or what is the analogy in every country). Still a user who is currently Supporter will also get a Supporter package for his second team in the ''Utopia'' league for free.

Sincerely, this is a strange economic behaviour.

A supporter who pays completely the package, give to BB 39$
A 2nd team buyer give to BB 10$ and receive a 2nd team... and, watch out, if he's supporter, he hasn't to buy supporting package for 2nd team. (ironic sentence)

isn't better, for example, the exactly opposite, so 2nd team for free for supporters and 10$ for 2nd supporting package or a discount (like 5$) for people who're just supporters?

i remember the initial poll started with a "only for supporters" idea, now it became an "Egalitè" idea....

I think for future farm NT teams first few season of Utopia league will be very competitive as goals will be:
- reach Div I as quick as possible
- build infrastructure (arena) big enough for Div I as quick as possible
As this goals are fullfilled you can start help your NT is very effective way I think much more earlier than in 15 seasons.
Especially training of young hall of famer should be possible much earlier and buying 30-yo NT player with 150k+ wage as well.
