Will they play with the Olympic flag or the UN one ;-) ?

Well, it's always better when you do things to do it well.

If (do miracles happens ?), the BBs decide to ear you, i'd be volunteer to give them a list of names for few african countries. I guess other managers (maybe from those countries which are not in the game) would also do it.

Utopia won't have a National Team, so players from the Utopia Nation won't be able to be on a National Team anyway.
I know what you're getting at though; you want players drafted by Utopian teams to be from countries already on the game, so that you can train them for National Teams.
In my opinion, this is a reason not to have players drafted in Utopia be from represented countries. I don't like the idea of spending a tun of money scouting, and buying expensive trainers just to get your player on a National Team. A bunch of teams do it though, so it crowds the game with so many highly skilled players in their prime that training players for your own team or to sell when they're older doesn't make economic sense when you can just buy a fully trained player for not very much.

Definitely the Olympic flag ;) if not then is like so,oh one to design something with a penguin riding a dragon and shooting a crossbow with flaming arrows, all on a baby blue background.

Forget that! A flag with Wilt Chamberlain dunking over a crowd of assembled shorter players, with the text "LI-topia" across the top and "Working it inside since age 15" across the bottom.

I like your suggestion, then Utopia would be called Rest of the World or something. They can all play for Rest of the World NT.

I imagine this wouldn't be too hard to implement, everything would be like another country, from programming aspect, except there there would be different graphical flags.

We can mix nationalities in the same leagues etc.. IMO but..

We can not mix nationalities within an NT etc. Because of coach voting and NT selection etc., racism and other such isms could end up playing a factor. Someone could say they want players of X-ethnicity type or religion etc. This can already happen within multi-ethnic nations as is...but we don't want a debacle of international situation with all sorts of people from everyone in there...then something funny could happen.

Right now the idea of an NT for the Utopia is really a debacle. I can't see how they can institute it without having some issue. What if there is like 400 Italians (just an example, not saying this will happen) in the Utopia but the next most populous nationality of Utopia managers was 200 or less...they could push strong to always elect Italian manager of Utopia NT, and that might raise gripes. Also without a strong national identity more likely the NT coach(es) might just turn around and try to just put their own players or buddies players on the team(arguably this already happens, especially for micronation NTs)....

In the scenario where the Utopia NT is really strong, then I think they would probably get complaints from other nations, something aobut guys that are paying extra suddenly having the best NT and that not being cool or whatever...and which region do you stick them Utopiians in anyway????

So they ahve a choice~

Utopia flags, Utopia players= no NT

mix flags= no NT

Add new flags.....=no NT

The amount of dev work needed for new flags, realistic name databases (more LA work) etc. is huge. I can7t say your suggestion is horrible...but its beyond the resources available probably.

My guess is Utopia flag. I think they don't want to spend more on dev than that.

My preference is they give a random smattering of players from all current BB nationalities. But Utopia flag probably more practical.

It may not work out well as a flag upon further review but that is, nonetheless, a top-quality job putting it together nonetheless. I hereby absolve you of whatever sin you've committed that has required you to go without a username here, so please feel free to pick one out that suitably complements your general awesomeness.

Why haven't we thought of this flag? It's already on the site!
