I must say that after drafting 3!!!! 19 year olds that did suck anyway (from which 2 where ranked as 5 stars!!) I am totally for this idea.
At least an 18 year old 5 star that totally sucks is 18 years. ;)

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

I think when we see the draftees come in that 18 year olds will have better potential than 19 years, on average. Not all of them, of course, but mostly. The 5 star potential kids will turn out to be 18 year olds, I'm willing to bet.

I drafted an MVP potential 19 y/o. If they're worried about collusion, why not give each team a different boxscore, that way it would be harder to do.

My 5 star guy turned out to be 19 (he was my 2nd preference). In fact, I'm 99% sure that my #1 preference, who was also 5 stars, turned out to be 19.

I don't think age has any impact on the scouting reports.
