I don't think a matter of seconds even loses 1% but essentially your understanding is correct. It usually happens if there's free throws. You can use less than 9 players but if you're looking after your game shape its simpler to just continue using 9 and largely disregaring the small loss of traning. If you're going to cap a player losing less than 1% now and again isn't going to make a lot of difference.

Those things happen when you have more than 7 players available, like as you stated ->9.
The coach always subs out when you have more than 7.
So try using only 7 players or less.

7 players don't work, especially in blowout games...
I've tried almost everything with my 3 trainees, and only 5 players in roster works, but then you can't win in higher divisions...

if I have more than 5 players in roster, and a game is blowout win, coach always steal 1 or 2 minutes from my trainee with random sub in last 2 minutes...
if it is a close game, or defeat, 48+ for trainee, doesn't matter 6 or 9 players in roster...

it looks like BB is trying to punish you if you want to train and compete, especially if you are too good in competing (many blowout wins)...

Not always, you can get sometimes 47 min, or 48.

This is where we hold them!

Hi.
I don't have such problem at all.
Even 9 players work good if you:
1) strictly follow depth chart;
2) put all your four players to different positions to Backups or reservs.

It means that all 4 nontrained players have it's own backup and only one wihtout.
It's a key.

I know all of that, and it still doesn't work...

example 1

game (94795538)

trainee Ivan Šupić on PG position, 47'

lineup: (http://pokit.org/get/?0ebd5fe517c452da608c7019e899ed91.jp...)

only 9 players in game roster, but game was a blowout.
in last q only reserves played, and in last minute, coach start to random sub trainee with other outside players (SG/SF)

example 2

game (95704207)

trainee Bošnjak on PG postion, 46'

this time only 7 players in roster, but again blowout, and same random subs in last 2 minutes...

example 3 and 4

games (94795556) (94795563)

close games and no problems, trainees Šupić and Ćivić played whole +48' on PG position.

What irritates me is that full training is supposed to be 48 minutes. If my player plays a full game start to finish he gets 48 minutes. That is not 47 minutes and some seconds, that is 48 minutes. He should receive full training for playing one full game. There should not be a 48+ meaning that I have to somehow get him to play a few seconds on another game to receive full training.

You are wrong in your assessment. If a player plays start to finish ini a game that is 48+ for full training. If training indicates 48 minutes that means he in fact only played 47 minutes and some seconds and was subbed out at some point during the game.
