I'd go for 1on1 for a season or two first, until you feel his handling & driving are set for life, then depending on how tough your league competition is, train for passing (if you have a tough league) or OD (if your competition is lower) until you are satisfied with both skill.From there you can choose to go either shooting or ID. In the shorter weeks (all star & playoff weeks) you can always mix in the rebound training as well
