Just keep training your players and remain patient.
You may wanna find a couple more 21-22 yr olds, to replace your 27 yr olds. Reason being, by the time your a elite team, those players will most likely be about 33-35.
I've been here for what 11-12 seasons now. I had a tough time making the playoffs for a while. Then once I did, I lost in the 1st round time and time again. But I kept training my players and kept them around the same age, that way they would all grow together.
Ro, Ed, Quick,Albert, and Eike, wasn't nearly as good as they're now. Bombers would know that better than anyone here.
My point is, keep training your players, and it'll eventually pay off for you.
If you look at my bench, I'm training my next starting 5, 19-20-22 yr olds. Trying to keep our system running properly
Oh and I say your 27 yr olds will probably be around 33-35 bc I figure your team is behind teams like
Foes
Bombers
Seattle
Shlubs
New York
VB
And possibly Risers,
(And their 27 yr old now, so if you Eli one of those teams, by next season their be 28 and so on. 33 yr old once all those teams our out of this league, then u add in those seasons where we get an all-star team like we had last season with the clogs. So that's how I got 35 in case you were wondering)
As long as these teams stick around your be in competition with
Wildcats
Brooklyn
Lob city
^^^these are the teams who will be the Elite teams along with yours.
