training dependant value * (0.9xxx^distance to related skills average)

Does the elastic effect also have a reverse effect? Eg.: If my player have OD = 18 and HA = 6 and I train OD does his training will get a decrease?

Does that table cover all of the skills that have an elastic effect or are those just some examples?

So basically the elastic effect would stop a player from being trained to 20+ in all skills, and it would be best to keep the main skills as close as possible in early training?

Do the coefficients you gave also work for calculating elastic effect decreases?

For instance to reverse your example, if PA was 14 and HN was 6, would training PA give a player a (6-14)*0.03= -0.24 decrease in training?
