i dont quite agree.. because a 7 will eventually drop to 6. meaning it must have a hidden value

No, it does not.

You can disagree until the cows come home, but it's a fact that there are no sublevels.

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

These facts could and probably also should be in the rules. It's not the most important thing for the newbies at least so there could be some "expanded" rules where this kind of facts would be imo.

I have a level 7 coach. I can also hire a new level 7 coach, but the new one is about $4.000 cheaper each week then the one I have...

Big different if they are as good as the other.

They have the same effectiveness.

Remember that you do have to pay a severance.

and even if they do it does not realy make much diffrence.
If the skill is atrocious the chance to miss a FT is high, so missing them all is possible, even though making 1 in so many is also possible.
If you roll a 20 sided die for 50 times it is possible you roll a 1 a few times, but it is also possible you never roll a 1 in these 50 attempts...

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
