Can we discuss the topic of the thread? Thanks.

20 people have said no to this proposition in the poll and no one of those 20 people have any remote idea of why the pressed that button.

As I remember elastic effect is only 10% of traning that goes to the lowest skill or skills.
It is not a game changer value in my opinion, and still if you want to train mutants it is possible.

@Darkonza problem with lack of diversification in traning and directly clones of multiskill players is not realted to elastic effect.
It is as you wrote in different topic, training is fast and you can developed nearly each skill to 20.
Don't take my wrong, I don't think that traning is easy. Still it requires a lot of resorces and commitment...

THE REAL problem is, In improved player development process wages now are skyrocketing and we do need changes in profits to heal economy part of the game.

Elastic effect is the only reason why you HAVE TO start the training of every player with 1vs1

OK training master :)
So tell me what is the difference in bulding the same set up skill with and witout elastic effect.
Ok it means faster but is it faster in long therm? To build let say SS140 player with the same built how many weeks you can save ? Or is it moreover the same in training live of the player?

The difference is around 20 SOS points.

But the problem is not speed. The problem is you can only train in ONE way.

Actually a great training facility
I can understand what you're saying, but I guess training as well as GE will never be touched by BB's.

Besides wooden U21 centers literally every player has to train at least a season of 1x1 sf/pf. Not only does it give elasticity, it is also the biggest TSP per week kind of training. It is an issue, but I look at it the same way I look at entire training - it's BB and not real world. Also as long as you have contacts in the game you can just arrange training with other players which I find to be a part of the managerial game.

A friend is training 1x1 for the next two seasons because he drafted a HoF? Good, arrange a "trade-off": you sell your youngster for him (as long as it is within the rules) and he trains him for you. In the meantime - who knows, you can train other guys, you can compete or both. After the X ammount of DR and HN your trainee has - you buy him back. Both of you win.

(1) This is against the rules
(2) You lose the benefits of the player being your draftee.

1) It's not against the rules if the price is right for the market.
2) True, this is a big con. But hey, it's depth
