Thanks a lot, yes I knew that, but his impact at least, just likewise the main coach, is "real" for every team, about other staff not so sure...

FYI, staff specialty impact does not increase with staff level, it's a constant value.

Yes, level 4 doctors are worth it. You'll have injuries, but most of the time they'll be more than manageable.


Maybe for a top team like your, at that salary I think that 1 season doc salary, for a div IV team, doesn't match even the player value on the market.
