On a strictly personal note, a strong NO for me, since with my Utopia team, my three 19-year old trainees just turned 20, and I fired my youth trainer yesterday.

More in general, I tend to agree that I would leave it where it is, I don't love the idea of speeding up training even more, especially because that would almost guarantee that the better 7 potential level players would cap before they turn 21.

I guess 18-19 yo is more then enough, with a good training you can “boost” your training enough for young players.

Here are 2 of my project players I’ve trained for U21 for S62
