i found this post on the middle of all the millions of posts here... i think this was written by Charles:
The weekly schedule for the USA (using next week as an example) is:
Games (Tournament/scrimmage): 4/20 / 2 AM server time / 4/19 8 PM Eastern(Thurs)
Daily Update: 4/20 / 9 AM server time / 3 AM Eastern(Fri)
Training: 4/20 / 10 AM server time / 4 AM Eastern(Fri)
Daily Update: 4/21 / 9 AM server time / 3 AM Eastern(Sat)
Games: 4/22 / 2 AM server time / 4/21 8 PM Eastern(Sun)
Daily Update: 4/22 / 9 AM server time / 3 AM Eastern(Sun)
Daily Update: 4/23 / 9 AM server time / 3 AM Eastern(Mon)
Financial Update: 4/23 / 10 AM server time / 4 AM Eastern(Mon)
Daily Update: 4/24 / 9 AM server time / 3 AM Eastern(Tues)
Games: 4/25 / 2 AM server time / 4/25 8 PM Eastern(Tues)
Daily Update: 4/25 / 9 AM server time / 3 AM Eastern(Wed)
Daily Update: 4/26 / 9 AM server time / 3 AM Eastern(Thurs)
(plus some background things such as bot updates, standings updates, etc.)
For other countries, you can shift this schedule by however many hours your game times are offset compared to the USA schedule.
I will put the schedule someplace in the next day or two that's more visible - still trying to figure out the nicest way to present it.
During week 7 of the season, the schedule will look a little bit different because of the all-star game (you'll notice you only have one league game that week). During the playoffs, the schedule will also look a little bit different. In both cases, the training and financial updates will stay in the same place.

Training related question:
Why does training rebounding have to be done for PF and C, instead of also having the option to train either or?
It's pretty important skill, and I either have to train some older power forwards or ignore training rebounding. I think shot blocking also trains a rebounding a little, but not as concentrated.

It's done by league according to your time zone. So, your training will always happen 8 hours after your Thursday evening games (~3am local, if your games are at 7pm)

I'm guessing because the PF/C positions are so similar and that your PF players most likely could play C and vice versa.
