Backups = Substitutes. The others are "Reserves". So yes, my "backup" PG was my best player, yet he just played 47 seconds.

I'm sorry, i didn't understand he was your best player... I've to understand if it's a bug or something I don't understand by match engine

I had 10 players in my squad, with my best PG playing PG without any subs and had 3 SFs in the squad, starter, sub and reserve. The reserve did not get any minutes at all.
That's normal, the reserve generally doesn't play unless there is a blowout or foul trouble.

I played with an extremely lousy player at PG without subs and my NT PG as starting SF (He has played in SF before and in that game he played 30+ minutes while my usual starter, who was the sub that game, played only 10+ minutes). This time the sub SF was the usual sub SF, instead of the SF who is usually the starter. In the end, my lousy PG played 47 minutes, with the makeshift SF starter playing the final minute. However, the makeshift SF starter just played 17 minutes in SF (and 1 minute in PG), while the sub SF played 31 minutes.
Your starting SF played 18 minutes because of a combination of foul trouble and blowout. You only dressed 9 players, so there was no sub for the PG.

All in all, nothing unusual that I can see.
