So you basically want add favorites from staff transfer list. Just like supporters bookmarks. To be honest that's the only reason I bought supporter. It gives supporters no real advantage but if you do not want to exel all the transfers then you pay for supporter.

i get 120€ pocket money for a year. im unable to pay 30€ of them for a supporterpackage.
and i think its an advantage because you can always see the players you are interested in at once and you always know when their deadline is. non-supporters always have to look for them in on the TL and this costs lots of time and is more work than necessary. that really makes the staff system complicated and out of fun.

It's not an advantage you can do exactly the same in excel. If you on the other hand want to be lazy and not use excel then buy supporter like I did. If you can not afford supporter then don't be lazy:)

I think this is perhaps a bit harsh. I think it is more difficult to track players and staff without supporter but its true it doesnt give an in game advantage.

It is the time spent which is question and that I suppose is the double edged sword... you could get a part time job and work and in turn pay for supporter OR the time you were going to put into the job you can scour the markets and make and maintain an excel file...

With many threads now appearing on the staff system I am too a bit disheartened about the dynamics of the system. Personally I cant muster up the same enthusiasm for finding and bidding on staff... its not like players where they come around all the time... if you've decided i want staff member level X they are never close enough together so if you miss one you just wait a bit longer for the next and i would imagine invariably give up..

It is too time consuming and time as you say = money.

Staff system is easy imo. It's not like a trainer will pop and have a deadline the next day. You can search for staff excel them up for 3 day span. If you do not get the one you want you add the next 3 day ones to your excel. Staff system is not the thing to take supporter for. Players TL is the thing you have problems with because the amount of players sold is huge. If you have some speciality you want from a specific staff ofcourse it's hard or too expensive to get it. There are prolly some other people aswell who wait for just that. I think there is not much of a difference with players TL extraordinary players go for a lot of money. Good players (just like staff with no speciality) go for less.

i see, its not a big advantage, i have no excel but maybe i should buy it...
this is more useful than buying the supporterpackage.
