when we start drafting players..do we have to draft players manually?or will it draft automatically??

The draft is automatic, that's why you get to set the order of preference. The actual draft will take place some time during the day tomorrow, Boston time.

No, there isn't a set time.

It COULD happen, but there is nothing guaranteeing that.
