I read that next season there will be higher salaries for international superstars. I think this would make it very hard for lots of teams. It would be fine if you could hire ONE specialist ($1500 each week or sth. like this) so that the players of ONE other country wouldn't be influenced of the wage raise.

I think the big nations produce more superstars than smaller countries. So smaller countries need to buy some players from other countries to have a chance at BBB p.e.

Can you read this again? International superstars = he meant guys not the same nationality with his team. You can make that assumption with specialist part with ONE other country allowed etc.

Also, we be making good better use of player nationalities, and domestic players will be slightly (typically 10-20%) better economically than foreign ones. The details of this system are designed to be fair to countries of different sizes.

Now this is stated in the news. I believe atleast GM-s should have good knowledge on english and better knowledge of the fact that not all can speak and write english well. It's sometimes hard to figure out what the person is trying to say unless you take the post as a whole. Clinging to just one sentence does not make sense at all as it can be easily misinterpeted. Was that a sufficent response for you?

Yes I'm sorry for my bad english. I wrote that late at night...
Kukoc understand what I meant, guy with other nationalities.

And Did I misunderstand that part of the news: "domestic players will be slightly (typically 10-20%) better economically than foreign ones". In my eyes economically means that they have higher salaries than players from my country (or otherwise foreigns 10-20% cheaper)...?

I understand quite well what he's trying to say, and his English is excellent. There is no need to put his language skills down.

I don't know.

My point was that until we get specific information about how this change is going to work, suggesting that it will affect salaries is just a guess

Stated in the news? Well I like this change it makes you train more of your own countrymen!:P

Well, if you want to train your countrymen you can do it without problem, the change just puts a limitation in those that don't care about the nationality while giving those that do no new possibilities. Basically the change jus limits the game. I think that's booring.

You think it's boring? Nice argument. Usually the guy who has the chance to play at his home country asks for less money. Legionares usually cost more. As you have a salary formula in BB that is closely related to skills then tax is the only way to raise salarys for the legionares. Nobody likes to train NT members, this adds just some more twist to the game. Don't worry your swedish extreme top prospects will still be taken by top teams:)
