This thread isnt about award for the best skilled player there is no reason to fool with the skill count, at least not for me.. And i think, if we are talking about skill count and salary it is easier to find out the diversification of skills seeing both..again it is fun i just want to see the most skilled player

Why omit experience? There is a world of difference between an awful experience player to a proficient experienced one if they have the same skill set.

Just because you can't train it doesn't make it redundant. :)

I don't have two players of the exactly same skillset so I cannot say I have definite hard data. But my high experience players consistently perform better than their peers of roughly the same level. They sink clutch shots, they nail FTs at the end of a nail-biting 4th quarter. Unlike our regular skills which determine how well you do a specialized task like Jump Shot of defense, I feel experience is a performance multiplier which improves everything across the board.

i do agree!
As i said, this is about best skilled player. as well as the experiences also the game shape is kinda skill which effects the performance (and a lot!) but i havent included it becose it is not trainable skill.

I agree that Game Shape is too volatile to be included as it changes every week. But experience works like any other skill but the impact is huge. So if you're talking about best trainable players, then it would be alright to exclude experience. But if you're talking about the best, then perhaps you can add up the skill set and put experience seperate. Like

Skill : 100 points
Experience : 9

Talking about experience, anyone seen a player with experience higher than proficient?

There's a player in the transfer list who has sensational, I'm not going to post him because he's for sale, but I can tell you that he's 36 years old and his height is 213cm, so if you wanna see him, you can search him in the transfer list.

Isn´t DMI a indicator fo skills and value?? Cause like someone said before just counting skill it's a little bit misleading, beacuse of the difference in speed training for some skills.
