I thinks it's close but I give the edge to SB because it jacks up your players salary more than most skills do (in my experience)

I had a SG with promminent driving and average handling and he averaged 1.6 t.o. a game during that stretch.

BB are going to improve both assits and blocks next year, I read it's by lowering certain calculations...

like the quality of the pass to the player who scores. The pass ends up being 0.5 for it to bew an assist or something like that and they'll lower it to 0.3 to get assists up in the game. I think shot blocking will end up being similar and you'll see more blocks next year, but as far as changes to the GE I don't think we'll see anything until season 10...

Currently I would say Shotblocking by a country mile.

You hardly see any good PGs not trained in Handling, but you see the majority of inside players trained in 3 of the 4 inside skills. Shotblocking is rarely ever trained currently. Says it all.

Stamina is a lot more valuable than you think.

Handling is only important when opposing team plays full court press or when their defenders are superb in OD. Otherwise, it's pretty useless.

IMO, shotblocking can actually be useful for guards, contrary to what the rules say, because they can block jump shots.

Stamina - if you have atrocious, player won't play a lot in the game, and by the end, his performance decreases. So, it's important.

For high driving, low handling, the TO are probably more due to the passing skill of the player, not the handling.

I would buy a player with Atrocious SB, but not Atrocious Handling. I try to avoid Atrocious in anything when buying, but to me Shotblocking is the one skill I wouldnt avoid a player if he was atrocious.

shhh!

Surprised no one has said jump range. Though I think it has value to a certain point (9-10?), anything past that seems a waste of training.

Shot blocking is prob the least valuable, though more so for big men then guards. I have guards with 6-7 sb and it regularly makes a difference.

Handling should also be more important with GE changes in season 9, as turnovers are set to be increased.

It's an hard fight between driving and shotblocking but the winner is....shotblocking!
Why?Because, further to be useless,a player with high shot blocking have an huge salary to bear for the user
Some Nt teams thank that some centers lose so many training time in this skill;at this time,if they had been trained in the other main center skills, these players would have been able to be real monsters
