The only doctors that have any effect on game shape are those with massage specialty. That effect is identical regardless of the doctor's level. The effect of an injury is basically determined by the doctor level. The higher the level of doctor, the greater the likelihood of a lesser injury—or no games missed—when one occurs...Pappy
