I prefer 1v1 forwards to guards. For that IS boost as well.

Training him to be a SG, I know his potential is low so i plan to train his js to 16 and OD to 12 and JR to 10

These are my two PF/C trainees. What do you think? I'm thinking ID & IS to 17, some DR and JS and finito.

well, i had drafted 40 skillpoints mvp pootencial 6,9 player this year with aweshome secondaries but he has only 15skillsum of inside, practicly he is already done outside skills, and i need to adjust training to my highest potencial guy, so mvp one gone be a starter center, the one with 14passing pf, and the other substitution sf/pf/c. actually, if i will promote this season again and see if i cant survive there in div 3 i may train outside defence and make them all sf/pf 's:D actually thats what i was thinking about and needed to hear: to train more OD. gona train it whole this season.

i was thinking about OD too mostly, also abiout JR:D

and i have another dilema, i cant decice if i should make them offensive minded or defensive minded bigs, or balanced. well balanced would mayube be the most salary effective. but imagine my 6,8 guyu having like 17 IS with 14 passing 14 driving and like 13 js, he could dominate in princeton offence, possibly triple double average per season center in div 3:D On the other hand with those high secondaries he can be beautiful defensive minded center to defend LI, like 10IS 16ID 16red and 12SB with this passing and driving and js, he wouldnt chuck much shot per game, would he? or i could have them both on the floor and add some JR insdtead of defence and play patient...or push the ball.

You won't need that much IS in a Princeton. Low IS will hurt on trying to put back offensive rebounds if the defender is contesting it, but other than that I don't think it's too big a concern - that passing, JS and DR will be more than sufficient to make him a real pain to defend. ;)
