I will join the ranks with MMM as a team devoted only to NT training. Looks like YC already is going that route.

Bigs Please!!!! Really lacking there. Thanks,

My old team has gone as far as it can. I have come so close to dropping the game and even had weeks where I didn't log in, missed training, didn't set scrimmages or ran them with default team etc. Last time I bought or sold a player was season 25 over a year ago in real time. Wow. But now I am ready for a fresh start. I plan to basically clear out 90% of my team over the next week and start a new training team.

I have:

Ko Maruya (34868954)
Point Guard
Weekly salary: $ 3 261
Role: draws a paycheck
(BuzzerBeta)
DMI: 12700
Age: 18
Height: 6'4" / 193 cm
Potential: superstar
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: pitiful
Outside Def.: respectable Handling: respectable
Driving: pitiful Passing: respectable
Inside Shot: inept Inside Def.: atrocious
Rebounding: average Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: average Free Throw: strong

Great age and the potential to play both U21 and NT but some serious skill holes means he can only ever be a PG.

Tetsuo Soma (34868994)
Shooting Guard
Weekly salary: $ 3 511
Role: draws a paycheck
(BuzzerBeta)
DMI: 10600
Age: 19
Height: 6'3" / 190 cm
Potential: star
Game Shape: respectable
Jump Shot: respectable Jump Range: respectable
Outside Def.: average Handling: average
Driving: awful Passing: awful
Inside Shot: pitiful Inside Def.: mediocre
Rebounding: inept Shot Blocking: atrocious
Stamina: inept Free Throw: pitiful

I am sure most of you would say with that potential he is not worth training but I just like him for some reason and I think if I train him carefully he can be a fine U21 player and JBBL backup. Also your 3rd trainee often misses training so good to not be too atached to him and if I draft a stud at the end of this season I can easily drop him.

So I need a good 2nd trainee. Several on the list right now but none are amazing.

Shuhei Sarumara (34868952) 19 low potential.
Kohei Ekiguchi (34049212) 19 tall and bad skills but MVP.
Noboru Tsukamoto (34049083) 19 and only superstar when I would really like MVP + but has been well trained so far.

I have put a bid on Noboru, what do you all think?

Yes I agree with what you have said. Top priority is OD so he doesn't foul out of games so his training can be smooth. I will probably just hit that for half a season and do 1 on 1 when it mucks up.

Good to hear about your renewed passion.

Shuhei Sarumara (34868952) 19 low potential.
Kohei Ekiguchi (34049212) 19 tall and bad skills but MVP.
Noboru Tsukamoto (34049083) 19 and only superstar when I would really like MVP + but has been well trained so far.

I put a bid on Ekiguchi with my Utopia team, but as long as he goes to a team that will develop him its good. Not the best starting skills but we need some bigs to get developed. I don't have space for new trainees on my Nippon team but I decided I can adopt some Japanese players to my second team to help build the NT teams.

Sarumara is my guy so can't buy him in Utopia. 50 TSP is not bad for a draftee but PA is a bit low.

Tsukamoto might be the best to start from. Gotta like 64 TSP a 19. Could make him into a really good SF and fit it to Superstar. Would need to fix the rebounding though.

If you can train his OD 11 or 12 after that just about any training makes him a possiable 21 NT player.
Would love his passig to 10 also.

Noboru Tsukamoto (34049083) has gone to a division V Italian team so that is probably it for him. No decent players on the list now.

I talked to MMM & he listed Denjiro Yamanaka for me. He had a tpe of 40-60k & I bid 200k but now some random div 4 team has outbid me & got him. Doubt they will be giving him a lev 7 trainer. I'm looking again..........
