So you can try until you have a NT hopeful player in your starting team? It's rare but I have seen new teams with a 18yo or 19yo MVP or HoF with a decent salary. People seem to forget that the initial players are random, so if you get a 32yo lvl 4 potential he may suck, but if you get the SAME player 18yo and lvl 10 potential he may be worth millions (if it's at the beginning of the season). There are obvious examples of this from the Utopia beginning: someone with 18yo HoF player made millions right off the bat by selling said player, while everyone else was playing with pocket money.

So no thanks.

You need to be presented with the information to make an informed decision. If you don't and you feel like you've screwed up you are free to go bot and ask for a new team after that. Just cancelling the team and getting a new one right away sounds like a surefire way to increase cheating and borderline behaviour. You have the Tutorial to show you the ropes and you can either ask or look for help. That's the right way in my eyes.

As I suggested, new teams will start from scratch, i.e. no initial players & no arena (maybe minimum arena to secure any income from home games at the beginning). So no point to restart your team over and over.

I'm a new player (playing around 4,5 months) and I think that the rythm of the game is already very high and don't want that the game would accelerate. If it's the case, I'll will leave it. I don't want to spend my time on the game.

Technically speaking it would be pretty much the same pace. There are not many teams that avoid scrimmages and people who train do need the third game. You may need to think a bit harder rather than playing your best lineup in the first 2 games and the backups in the last.

What would happen is that you have the cup on Wednesday, but since that doesn't count for GS or Enthusiasm, you will simply play your best team and you're free to ignore it if you want. So it will still be 3 games you need to actually plan for.

We had a guy in England who set lineups for the whole season in advance by setting the league games and using standard lineup for the cup. It was amusing he did so well by logging on every several weeks.

Up to you to not hear what people think and only answer with the same arguments.

But you haven't explained a coherent argument against either. A season would still have 22 games, just like now, you still have 3 games per week where you need to deal with GS and Enthusiasm...but on top of that you have cup games that are almost meaningless (depending on whether they would count for training or not), since there is very little to decide on for those (pure tactics, but no effort and minute management considerations) and you can happily disregard them once you are out of the cup anyway. The cup games become the same sort of stuff B3 games are: a little more than private league games that for most people would last 1-3 weeks.

You may not understand this since you are not one of the teams who can reasonably compete in the cup, but the Cup/Tournament currently is often the largest random factor affecting D1 leagues and to a lesser extent D2 leagues, much bigger than injuries. The Cup draw often decides who is relegated and may decide who wins the title, based on who throws (intentionally lose) which league game in order to fight for the Cup, with unpredictable and sometimes unfair consequences.

It seems to me that Joemaverick's suggestion would change nothing for 90%+ of the users in terms of time they need to spend on the game. You'd still have to plan for 3 games (it will be a little more complicated than now), but you don't have to waste time finding a scrimmage (for all non supporters). I just don't see all the extra time you would be required to put in, but feel free to elaborate
