Hi Brutus

For your Utopia Players, good potentials, Looking to their height, they are Inside Players (PF), too tall for anything else, but there are great Inside player profil.

If you want making Traditional training, you should begin with 1 on 1 for AF/PF until 11-12 in HA/DR.
If you want to try Koma's training program, you must begin with ID until 10 or 11 if I remember well.

What do you think YC?

What is your coach level?
Have you got gym center?

They need more handling and Dribbling all four, even your 22 year old, so 1 on 1 AS/AF.

I was a little disappointed to undertand that Iseki will not be improved again but I think if you want train them 1 on 1, you could train Iseki in addition.

Concerning my Japan Training Center, my Utopia Team if you prefer, my priority is Ikoma cause I think he's good NT potential player.
So, it's time to move on to Phase 2 which should bring its TSP to 100 by the end of his 21 years, program for this season is:

W1 >> 1 on 1 AS/AF
W2 >> Pressure PG
W3 >> Pressure PG
W4 >> Pressure PG
W5 >> Pressure PG
W6 >> 1 on 1 AS/AF
W7 >> 1 on 1 AS/AF
W8 >> 1 on 1 AS/AF
W9 >> Pressure PG
W10 >> 1 on 1 PG/SG
W11 >> 1 on 1 PG/SG
W12 >> Pressure PG
W13 >> Passing PG
W14 >> 1 on 1 PG/SG

it may be subject to change depending on pops!

Problem is, who to choose to train with him?? there are 7 sessions in single position.
Shintani is offside, 22, only Star, and and far behind. All of the others are perennial allstar

Ikarashi, 19, is favorite cause Shiraishi and Haraguchi were 20 at the same time and they substantially the same level.
And there is Nishiyama with a very good lead in ID but behind in JS and he is 2,16 m tall

In my opinion, I should choose Ikarashi et Nishiyama, what do you think about it?

Well, I can still train Iseki. I’m focusing my training for NT soI can prioritize however you all want me to. So would you like me to train all 5 and do 1:1 or something? Or do you want to pick 3 players to prioritize and I can do ID to start?

I have advanced trainer and advanced youth trainer. Level3 Gym and level 1 training court.

Ok First! Sorry I wasn't very clear.
My first message was for your Utopia Team, the second for your original team.

For your Utopia Team you have the choice, I haven't simulated yet, what the two methods will give. I will try to do it tomorrow and I will come back to you to deliver the results of my detailed analysis. But at final, It will be your choice, I can only advise you.

Concerning your Brutus Buckeye Team, in my opinion, your 4 players need some Handling and dribbling, so you should train them 1 on 1 AS/AF until 10 or 11 (like I made for Ikoma) and in this case Iseki could be train again with 3 or 4 pops in the season and I think NT Manager will be satisfied with that.

Fugunaga is a beast since you bought him. Keep up the good work with him.

Concerning your Brutus Buckeye Team I think that Hanada and Fugunaga must be your priority cause of their potentials.

Others will follow the same training program at least at the beginning. They have very different profile.

You must also define the reasonable objective profile you want to achieve. I'd rather lean towards a PF profile with for simplicity, Hanada's TSP=135 (75+60) and Fugunaga TSP=125 (70+55)

I did some simulations, There are several possibilities, in my opinion the most profitable and the traditional solution is to start with 1 on 1 SF/PF until the end of the season cause you can train up to 6 players (your 4 + Iseki + another one).

2nd solution, Starting with the ID but it's a risk to loose 4 or 5 pops over the first 2-3 seasons which, as everyone knows, are the most prolific in pops, and you could train only 3 players.

But at the final, both solutions will give similar profiles .

A 3rd solution would be to mix a little ID for C with a majority of 1 on 1 SF/PF, but you can only train 3 players on single-player sessions.

Depending on your choice, I can make you a training plan over several seasons, It can be corrected depending on the pops.

Here's what I think I'm going to do this season.

Japan team with 5 trainees. I will mainly focus on 1:1 forwards but might occasionally do some Inside Defense. This week is ID for Fugunaga, Hanada, and Iseki, since I already started down that route.

Utopia team will be exclusively 1:1 forwards.

This can be an experiment between the two approaches.

Keep on doing what you are doing. Fugunaga balled out last night. Saved the game in OT. It is crazy how with 3 pops, two in Rebounding and one in ID, he went from reserve to starting PF.
Do ID this week
then do 1 on 1 Fs til both driving and handles are strong,
then hit that ID again....
ID/Reb has an elastic effect for IS.
