But I wouldn't be advertising players. Imagine that you want to sell someone. You would tell me this, but wouldn´t put him for sale. If I found someone interested, that person would contact you, so you could tell him the starting bid etc. If you reach an agreement, you would put him for sale, and the other user would bid. I believe this is not forbidden

be carefull you don't agree on a too high price, cause shipping money is forbidden...

I think you are free to work BBmail however best you see fit. Just keep it to yourself.

aslong as the other doesn't consider it as spam, then you can use it.

It was impossible bid in Kingsley Eliot. I think that an English member bought him

vasco... look at the facts. respectable is a starting skill. when you draft a player. yes he had 1 skill up maybe 2, so dont tell us that he had training. secondly who is the experienced U21 coach and knows the current skillset for the current england U21 players, the future england U21 players and more importantly U21 for other countries?

i more and more start to believe you have way too little overview to know what is needed for the U21 team. The bottom line is you should have instructed your friend to wait 4-5 more weeks until the draft was done and than instructed him to buy a fresh 18 year old player. This player will never be good enough to play vs the bigger U21 nor the middle ranked countries like moldova or taiwan!!!

The player you are showing us should at the end off 18 and when well trained and if he started like this have had 3 or 4 skills at proficient level already. but it is ok. in case you win the election, do with the U21 what you like. in general the english community could care less about the england and i no longer care about the U21.

In Fact, I do know the current skillsets for an England U21 team. And I know that the pool of good players at the age of 20 is too small. We need to start now training more players. They may not be the best, but they can be solid good subs in a few seasons.
Besides, one of the things I want to do as a U21 coach is to follow the best players from the drafts and follow every player with minimum allstar potential from the TL. This way, we will have a lot of players worth selecting and, in a few seasons, we will have a lot of users ready to train a great player

i wish you all the best vasco :) i hope you will have 3 spots in your own team reserved because we tried this for many seasons now and only the active teams are in EBBL or in top division II and they hardly have room for 18 year old trainees :)

i cant wait for you to prove a whole english community wrong and to get them all active and than actively train U21 players for the u21 :)

he is indeed a nice player. he wont make the U21 but he has a chance I think when well trained to make it into the NT one day.

i am not sure why you are selling him? as a new team he would be a super trainee for you. On the other hand, if you can get decent money for him, which it looks like you are going to get for him, I would suggest to buy an 18 year old at the start off next season after the draft...

if i would have room for a trainee i would consider buying him myself. All the guard skils at respectable make him a decent player :)

Not strictly true...there are some guys in Div III and IV that would probably be willing to train up guys.

I know of at least 10 guys in the lowest leagues who would be up for - and probably will be anyways - training up a high potential 18 year old, if they are lucky enough to draft one.

I have an 18 year old Allstar on my team that i have been making a particular effort to train...unfortunately though, his base skills were good but not great and i joined the game part way in to the season so i lost some training weeks.

Point is, dont rule out managers lower down just because the majority quit the game within a week or two of signing up.
