Felipe Araiza is not a drafted player, hence he comes with a random amount of experience. I suspect his starting experience was 0-2, which is low and similar to drafted players.Some luckier players like (2418354), probably came out with a high starting experience, maybe 5-7, so after a similar amount of games his experience would be way higher.I suuspect the difference in experience between NT games and top tier Division I games are small.

Play a slow paced offence where your player doesn't drive much for shots. Princeton is a good one as is patient. Kinda hard to mess wtih your pace and such with X factor considered.Play the player for 48 minutes every single game without stop. You can train GS or fitness or something to off set it. Bottom line the more minutes the more experience. This makes it hard to win anc play in competitive games of course.
