I would like to become a mentor.I have been trying to contact new indian managers and try to help them but that has been a failure so far.So if I can help people from other countries and help BB then it would be great.
I have a good amount of experience of the game.i was once the training mentor of india U21 for a few seasons(although that was before season 20).Tactics and analysing opponents is one of my stronger suits but i have a good knowledge of all the fields of the game.

IMO the micronations are slowly becoming lost causes..being a manager in a micronation myself,i have the experience of the stagnance of my country.the last active team who is doing good is indian powerhouse.after that any team who has been active even slightly has been contacted by me but most of them dont reply and quit and those who reply have slowly faded away.
Along with that we have lost the historically most successfull team and some more top class teams.right now we dont have teams to have a competitve div I either
I liked the idea to recommending this thread in the intro mail.that would help.

I believe some of us are helping out newbies here on the help forum too, when we do we could redirect them to this thread so they can get personal help. I'd advise anyone that replies to a thread with a newbie question to redirect them to this thread with the suggestion to ask for a mentor to help out.

We differ in our approaches to deal with the micronations.
If you ask me,bb should focus on the countries with atleast 50 countries.for countries with a userbase of under 20 should be termed as endangered and a last attempt should be made get more users for that countries. If a country has less than 10 users then the users of that countries should be moved under the nearest country with a decent number of users and the previous country should be closed.
But this proposition of mine has many unanswered questions like how to place the uses in the new country, what if more number of users join from the already discontinued country and many more.
But i don't think that this thread is the right place to discuss these things so i will stop here.
