He's not playing the victim card, he's playing the equality card in my opinion. Mr. Glass as well as a couple other managers seem to have repeated issues with Perpete for no apparent reason, other than the fact that he gives honest and accurate answers that they do not like/don't comply with their own ideas and opinions. I find myself cringing at the idea of him just letting them send him these absurd forum responses and not say anything, specifically in this forum, where I find myself agreeing with everything Perpete is saying.

but I do not represent BB.
Uh... I will politely disagree with this. Everyone on this game represents bb regardless of regular manager, GM, EGM, Mod, or BB status. Simply because Perpete is an EGM does not mean he should not be able to respond to managers and point out that they are not being reasonable. Perpete and the other GMs and EGMs are not paid for their BB duties, so I think it is unfair to say that they are in job/in uniform representing an employer in BB. They are helping out as a community service and he does a very good job. Maybe calling Mr. Glass' post "laughable" was not needed, but it was accurate and didn't really break any forum rules unless a borderline-edgy response is now against the forum rules.

NOW BACK TO THE MORE ON TOPIC.... WELL... TOPIC

As for the game going down, would it help to present a clear amd logical training protocol? Would anyone actually listen seriously?

I think there are lots of different training protocols on the USA offsite that are very useful, but there is not much guidance on the onsite, and I think more information on training could be really useful! Not sure what exactly could be implemented but I really like your thinking process and I think most people would listen, or at least consider the logical training protocol seriously that you suggested.

A 35k$ li center is good on this game can compete at every level and be effective . A 35K push the ball pg can not.

Could you tell the people in my league that they only need 35k$ C's? They seem to have missed your research and persist on having guys double or triple (or more) that.

I'm already on it. Time to sell off my big guns.

The bickering on here is ludicrous at times..

Perpete doesn't have to take every manager's comment seriously, after all plenty of the comments are are load of rubbish,

There is a difference between Mods, GM, EGM and BB.

A mod is a person helping out, a GM+ represents the company. After all the "cray cray" EGM-title was introduced for a reason.

I have been arguing that "officials" should write in a certain manner and had my troubles with GMs before (especially with that infamous spaniard). Nobody was forced to take the job, so please don't complain about (potential) customers being rude. Thats the fate of every customer agent or more general every person that has to deal with clients. Also the post saying Marin would kill himself if he was on the forums more often.... come on maaaaaaaan.... Forreal....

The direction the game was/is headed since 2012, it's no biggie the users vent their anger...

What we read here is nothing, seriously...

I could pick several parts of that message and contradict it, but that is not the point of that thread. "Help English" has already suffer enough of people trying to make sense of what you say or put sense into you to no avail. So I'll say one word, you will work it if you want. Other people may try to talk with you. Not me, I'm stopping here.

Laughable.

You should have stopped with "I'm stopping here." In a sense you represent BB, since you have EGM before your name. Calling a serious poster "laughable" fails to represent BB in any responsible way. It's certainly true that we all struggle with Mr. Glass' version of the English language and often with his suggestions, but I think anyone who represents BB has a responsiblity to listen and be respectful.

And sometimes, it's difficult to do so. If I were not able to say that Mr.Glass posts are laughable which they are, I would burn out in less than a week. Anybody here wonders why you never see Marin on the forums ? When he is liken as the main reason this game is going down, I can understand he wants to stay away of the forums. Discussions with him could help, but he would not survive it.

Just once, maybe when you have to delete a message, I'd love to see something like "Here I am, brain the size of a planet, having to delete transfer ads on an internet forum." On the bright side, there is a restaurant at the end of the universe, even if your lot in life is merely parking the ships.

a free game

Well there is the problem. "There ain't no such thing as a free lunch" - at the end of the day, no matter if you do it as a volunteer or get paid (you get supporter for free tho), this is a product and the owners want sales.

Just because the owners are lazy and have "a real life" or "real jobs", you can say something like this. I myself get threatened by our clients every now and then and I still have to be polite and whatnot. That's part of the game.

The forum guys can be a bit confrontational but rarely out of order..

This is Buzzerbeater you are talking about, if you want 'customer service' you'd probably better off playing some xbox or something.

I never really think about a lot of issues when I play something, and I usually try to play within the framework of the way the game is set up. I see that as the challenge and that is what keeps me playing. I don't want the game any easier or harder, I want it exactly how it is because that's what everyone else* is dealing with too.

*-I realize this isn't entirely true but most of those things don't bother me, after all it is only an internet game.

However, the improvements that I've only ever beat my drum to are ones that don't have to do with the way the game is played but how it is presented to people that aren't currently playing. I've always been a proponent of an app no matter how simple and more effort in getting the game's name out there. I realize monetary issues play a part but I think more effort in that area could be done. Other than that, though, I play the game the way it is set up and enjoy doing that.

I would love to see an app too, in my opinion its the only way the game will last another 5 years, especially if it came with a few visual additions.

Great attitude to the game as well, of course it has problems but its still very enjoyable and the community of managers are (mostly) great people.. and that includes the EGMs, BBs etc

Shame that if you read the forums you would think the game is awful, not worth playing and on its last legs.
