The players only can exist in a farm team that someone started up on a internet cafe or something. I think there should be a limit on salary and different divisions so that a team in say d.4-5 cant be sitting on a 400k freak. Then we would see the entire list retire within weeks of that rule being implemented. Or a GS penalty as a high salary player probably would feel pretty useless in a low division team.

Disagree. As long as D4 teams play in national cup they should have chance to have the same squad as D1 teams.
Spirit of sport is more important than problem of farms. We can't solve one (minor) problem by creating other (major) problem.

Exactly that's why D4 teams playing national cup should have similar incomes to D1 teams, so by the law of spirit of sports, they can compete on equal terms.

How about punish training in only three skills more so that we dont get those monsters that no one want and no one can afford except the NT that does not have to pay his salary?

There is no reason to add new penalty. High salary for mutants is enough penalty.
Moreover mutants aren't big problem. In past I remember few players with salary over 600k. Currently in whole game we have only 4 players with salary over 400k, and I'm sure, that in next season this number will be smaller.
Of course these players were needed in past because before they were created we didn't know how formula of salary works or if it's possible to cap ATG player. Thanks these players our knowledge about game is better. And it looks that system works very well because number of mutants systematically decreases. It's evolution, we don't need revolution. Darwin's theory is valid in BB too. IRL mutants died without salary cap.
Additionaly we have elastic effect which makes creating of mutants less effective.
And one more thing. I can imagine player with 3 skills >= 20, all other skills not higher than 10, and salary not higher than 150-200k, who will be worth fortune for all teams in top-32 of B3. So training only 3 skills isn't problem too.

The sad part of players like these is that, some Division 5 teams try to manage a150-200k player.. It's not even possible in Division 5, I can barely manage a 35K SG, 33K C(Plays PF) 11K C and some other small parts of my team in Division 5. Lmao

I don't have a single player over 10K salary

I have an 8 man team, my PG is jsut under 10k, my SG is 35k, my PF is 33k, my C is 11k, my SF is only 5K :P
Plus theres a team with a 45K SG and stuff in my league.

You don't need to be carrying that much salary. You can promote out of D V with a 60-70k weekly salary (probably less) by managing GS and ENTH alone. I promoted with around 50k a week salaries for my whole team. Having a 45k is totally overkill, that's not even necessary in D IV. In fact, you starting five are worth ~20k more than mine are and you're a division below me. And I'm doing pretty well in D IV (not great, but pretty good). It's really excessive.

But every manager manages there team different, it's a managing game, not every NBA Manager would manage there team the same, or for any other sport, it's a managing game.
