If people are sending you messages that are insulting or inflammatory just report it. If it is happening in the forums you are to an extent opening yourself up to it by opening up your training and team management to the community although it is a little surprising that it has been THAT negative.

The important thing, however, is you have the support of people who know what they are talking about and have proven it in the USA community and on the USA team (myself, FC, Harper and to a lesser extent BFiddy...). Keep doing your thing man and let the haters waste all their energy.

True story. Took him to around the end of his 22nd year and maybe even beyond but he had pretty high initial stats.

For your sake hope its not $100k. Some of his salary is inflated.

No point in quitting when you are almost at the goal of the U21 team. It's been about 8 months working on him so far, right?

First off, I was not trying to say Rainey is not a great player...the thread is about two great players and which one you are for. I just gave a post as to why I think Trickle is better and will be better. No intention to offend, but I did just state things the research told me. To this point Own3d has handled his squad and even Trickle a little better IMO. So if the post went a little too far in some people's minds I am sorry. However I do stand by the logic of my post.

A better manager of a team often times leads to better players and I'm not sure how that can be disputed. Obviously the same caliber player in two different manager's hands will turn out differently....and I think that team management is a reflection of the overall savvy of a BB manager.

As for the minutes equaling better experience....I do see your point. I do however think that if you are trying to get more minutes there is no reason not to get the full 48 every game. Honestly I just think he is playing a ton because yungbeast needs him to carry his team. Rainey doesn't have a ton of help and therefore if he isn't on the floor the NY Dimes have trouble. If the minutes leads to a little bit better experience I still don't see that making a huge impact on their games as experience is still somewhat of an ambiguous subject.

Now just to make sure my post is not taken too heavily, I think Rainey is an absolute GREAT player and I would love to have him on my squad. I hope that he turns out to be a stud for the U21 squad and wish yungbeast the best with him.

Next season if im still the u21 coach im going to play all 20 yo for the experience boost. So no rainey or trickle! Haha!

We are now 1 week away from the most important game of the Season 13 All Star Break!!

Next Thursday Chuck Rainey and Ronald Trickle will be going head to head in The Dime Dome. Both players will be listed to play 48+ minutes at Shooting Guard and will be put in a man to man defense so that they will have full opportunity to do their best at shutting each other down.
