I said it true it can stop it but not all the time. Player skills differs which is the kicker . just because you have strong od don't mean it going to kill patient . It may stop it but not every time.

If you have the right players with the correct balance ,patient can beat every tactic on the game. OD would not matter. Because it would try to exploit the inside defensive of the foe. It look for the weakness/ mis match. Also zone most are based on the sf. 1out3 sf on the game have at least 3-4 bad skills. Because of price to afford.

Patient most certainly does not always look for the best mismatch, unfortunately. I lost my first round finals game because a 15 JS/ 15 JR player at center, being guarded by the opponent's center, did not score a single point through three quarters and finished 2-16 despite having the highest estimated PP100. Meanwhile a slightly higher JS guy at PG was shooting like he was playing call of duty. Patient certainly doesn't look for inside mismatches to exploit them either.

Of course, if your team is far and away better than your opponents, patient will work delightfully. Or will anything else. But please understand that whatever you learned about tactics by pounding on bots for season after season is only really applicable in that circumstance.

Maybe his player was better than yours?? maybe his team defense as was well , you cant blame patient for your lost . players have a bad nights.

I don't play Bots, lower league that has nothing to do with playing tactic or knowing how to play them. What your saying is foolish. I have layed patient for long long time. SO Keep reaching for insults. You lost your game because his player was just better or your player had a bad night simple as that.

You cant blame patient for the lost then turn around and say I had this player with 1000 jump shot and he didn't a make basket.. other things play a factor too.. You just cant use one example and make it the law for all.. I played patient more than you have so who would know. Level of league don't have damn thing to do with knowing about a tatics.

If that is case why did you use a jumps shooting pf with patient.?? Show me who does that?? why not play run & gun or low post.? why play something you don't have the team for?? Are you not in level two you should know these things.

Again practice what you preach

His player had much higher inside defense than Yi's IS, for sure. But his OD is not particularly high, certainly not as compared to a 15/15 JS/JR player. But I'm not "blaming the loss" on patient. I lost because Pappy had a better team and my road Patient PON in game 1 was part of a strategy for the finals that ended up getting ditched once I saw how game 1 went.

A jump shooter at PF or C (in that particular case, both) is a very common strategy to try to take advantage of a mismatch when you're an underdog. The logic is that a quality outside shooter being guarded by a low OD player should hit a pretty high percentage of shots, between open shots and shots contested by poor outside defenders.

Your understanding of the tactics is flawed, period. You have claimed that you spent all that time learning tactics in V, but something fundamental like Patient doesn't take into account inside mismatches escapes you still. Of course, if you're playing a center with 4 JS against V teams with 1OD at the center position, you'll still see a lot of shots from that C, and offensive rebounds being put back of course will skew the shot distribution.

But I suppose I should be glad you're willing to share your expertise; please tell us again how you can create a team that spends 12 seasons without making it to III so we can all share in your success.

look patient find the mis-match any where on the floor/ if that guy missed a lot of shots you cant claim the tactic didn't go to the mis -match of him. It clearly did , its eithers 1.your player was double teamed, 2. had a bad night and missed shots or 3 he was out skilled.

btw I really don't care for anything here or the higher leagues. Only thing that peek my interest is watching b3 tourney and the tactics. I have said that plenty of times no reason to re track it now. What you like to do is not my interest . im not going to knock you for it. Higher leagues Is the same thing's the lower leagues . It still train, play ,and tactics.. If its harder who cares. I don't clearly don't.

On a side note, your IV league looks like there is a lot of tanking going on or something. That or just a very larger separation in the top half and bottom half of your side. You rarely see four 3-0 teams and four 0-3 teams like that. It appears that it is also going to be the VERY VERY RARE four 4-0 teams and four 0-4 teams once your league gets updated, since the 5th-8th seeds all lost again. Race for 8th?

This formula is almost certainly wrong because there is too large a disparity between the triple offensive skills and OD if you multiply them. This greatly devaluates the worth of OD if you calculate vs the offensive skills. Thus, there is no way to explain why the guy on C was not being the go to guy in Hrudleys example unless you tell me the opposing center had better OD than the opponents PG.

Second, from my own experience with patient, DR seems to have a superior impact on how the player is chosen and JR much less so.
